Ingleton vibes 🍻
Had a groovy time after a long walk! The local beers were lekker and the staff were super chill, making the whole vibe just nice. Our twin room was comfy with plenty of hot water, so perfect after a day out in the bush!
Just needed to watch the heating a bit, felt a bit nippy at times.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The room had a persistent musty smell, which was quite off-putting. I found the pillows to be quite old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. The noise from the bar was disruptive at night, especially before my long walk the following day.

reasonable evening meal prices, good ale selection, dog-friendly atmosphere
Breakfast service lacking staff presence!!! Perhaps more staff during breakfast hours would improve efficiency. Bar noise disruptive late at night!!! Consider soundproofing for a more peaceful experience.

Craven Heifer is a lovely place to stay with a warm and comfortable double room that includes an en-suite. The English breakfast was substantial and hot, perfect for setting us up for our outdoor adventures. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, especially the homemade cheese and onion pie!
No complaints during our stay.

The twin room had a cozy feel, but the musty odor detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, noise from the bar made it difficult to unwind, especially before an early start. Breakfast was plentiful, yet the absence of staff during service led to a frustrating delay. A continental option for early risers would enhance the experience significantly.

This was just a suitable option for a weekend vacation in Ingleton, with good value. The homemade chips we had with dinner were fantastic and really hit the spot after a long day. Consider asking for a room away from the bar if you're looking for peace and quiet at night.
